Bikers for Kids is gearing up for their 20th Annual TOY RUN – a volunteer based event for motorcycle enthusiasts and community members – pre-register on Saturday November 1, 2008 from 9am to 4pm (Fun, Prizes, Music & Food)
The ride begins on Sunday November 2, 2008 with check-in from 7am to 9am at G.A. Motorsports (Groppetti), 730 E. Mineral King in Visalia. Morning parade led by Actor Mickey Jones, Visalia Police Department motors officers, Visalia Fire Department.
Participants in the Visalia toy run will follow a 75-mile ride throughout Tulare County and end up at the Fairgrounds in Tulare for lunch, silent auctions, raffle and entertainment.
"Net proceeds distributed to local charities, needy children, and projects that have a positive impact on families in the community. Our board members consist of dedicated volunteers from the community and various motorcycle groups in Tulare County."
PRE-REGISTER online or mail-in by October 24th and pay $35 (includes ride in parade of 1500+ motorcycles, ride pin, t-shirt (first 1000 registrants) and lunch). Registration cost after October 24th is $40 per person.
